You will
need the tube I used
here it is
one of Noeska's and you will find her tubes
here
Open the
tube and add-effects art media effects-pencil
Settings-luminance 13, colour white, blur 1, intensity
10
Go to
layers-new adjustment layer-curves
Settings as
in the screenshot-you need to click on the line to make
a node so that you can adjust as you wish. If you use
another tube these settings may not be the right ones so
experiment until you are happy.

Go back to
the tube layer and add a drop shadow of your choice.
Duplicate
this layer but work on the bottom layer.
Effects-geometric effects-pentagon-default setting.
Before you
start the next part I will explain that the colours or
patterns you chose will look darker as they will be
under the adjustment layer.
Click with
your magic wand in the black pentagon. Add a new layer
and flood fill the selections with a colour of your
choice. Add a drop shadow to this layer then select
none.
Add a new
layer-flood fill this with another colour or pattern of
your choice-layers arrange-send to the bottom
Layers-
merge visible.
Add a
picture frame or border of your choice.
I used the
varicoloured one from PSPX-I added it twice and the
second frame was flipped. Try experimenting with the
various settings on the frames it is amazing what you
can create. I added a border -size 1 just to finished it
off.
Resize as
you wish and add any text you like.
I resized
mine by 80% the adjust-brightness and
contrast-clarify-setting 2-0 or what you are happy with.
That's the
tutorial finished-I hope that you enjoyed it
