You will need a face tube and a standing tube

The frame script-add this to your scripts restricted folder.

PSPX or this should be able to be done in earlier versions

Open a new transparent canvas 500 width 600 height

Selections-select all

Copy and paste tube 1 into the selection-selections-select none.

Blend mode -dissolve

Reduce the opacity to 80

Add a new layer and flood fill it with #d8cece

Layers arrange-send to the bottom

Layers merge visible

Adjust-softness-soft focus-dream preset-the settings are in the screenshot if you don't have the preset.

Copy and paste tube 2 as a new layer and add a default drop shadow. Arrange slightly to the right

Adjust -sharpness-sharpen

File-scripts-run. Look for the venux elegance script.

Click on open.

You can change the colour to any that you like or to a gradient or pattern as the script goes along -the choice is yours. Take it slowly and be sure to notice every time a colour box comes up so that you can put in a colour that you like. The back arrow on a script takes you back to the tag as it was before so it is better to take your time with each step.

When you are happy with your frame add a new layer for your text.

Layers -merge visible and resize again if you wish then adjust the sharpness as before.
