You will need my tube and mask
here or ones of
your own similar
Open a new transparent canvas 500x 500
Flood fill with a gradient of your choice-settings for gradient as
in screenshot

Effects-artistic effects-topography. Settings -Width 20-Density 8
-Angle 45 and colour Black
Click on the tube-adjust-hue and saturation to a colour to match
your gradient background
Copy and paste the tube as a new layer onto your canvas
Effects-artistic effects-enamel-default setting
Effects -distortion effects wind-default setting
Move the tube to the bottom right of the canvas and lower the
opacity of the tube layer to 35%
Copy and paste the tube again as new layer and add a default drop
shadow
Repeat the drop shadow but change the horizontal vertical settings
to minus -10 this time
Arrange the tube layers as you wish and when you are happy-layers
merge all and flatten
Image -resize 50%-adjust sharpness-sharpen
Image-canvas size-as screenshot

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with Black
Layer -New mask layer-from image. Source luminance checked. Look for
the chrissilmask in the menu.
Layers-merge group
Image-add border-size 1 black
Image -add border-size 2 -colour of your choice
Image- add border-size 1 black
Add a new layer for your text and that's the tutorial finished.
