Blackpool Holiday

We went to stay at Marton Mere in a caravan. It is a lovely place with an award for its contribution to wild life conservation. There are many walks that you can do straight from your caravan and we went on a few of them including walking to the lovely zoo which concentrates on a breeding programme for animals that are endangered species.

This year we also went to the top of the Tower and the views from there are spectacular. It is a bit hair raising to go up in a lift so far then climb some very old metal steps to the top.

A visit to the Tower Circus is well worth it as there are so many breath taking acts to see.

We had a day at the pleasure beach and went on many of the rides there and also a trip to the Ice Show which is in the Pleasure Beach.

We went on the train from our own station in Bridlington. It is is always beautiful as the owner of the buffet buys thousands of plants to decorate the station.
